How to Make *Healthier* Whipped Coffee


Whipped coffee (Dalgona) graced us with it’s presence on Tik Tok and it has blessing lives ever since. Seriously. This stuff is amazing😅
However, if you want to cut back on the sugar a tad, I tried out another option and it worked out well!
If you already know how to make whipped coffee, just sub the 2 tbsp of sugar for 2 tbsp of honey :)

How To Make *Healthier* Whipped Coffee 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee (it has to be instant coffee powder so it will dissolve)
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 2 tbsp honey (in place of the 2 tbsp sugar.. I also read that 2 tbsp of coconut sugar works too)
  • Milk (any type of milk you prefer)
  • Ice (if you want it iced.. warm the milk if you want a hot drink) 

 

Directions: 

  • Add the instant coffee, hot water, and honey into a bowl.
  • Use mixer to bled it until it forms a texture like whipped cream.
  • Spoon it over top a glass of milk + ice
  • Stir it up to drink.
  • AND ENJOY! 😍
